Refund Policy

The trial is the refund. Loorq gives you 3 full days with every feature, on your own Mac, with no account and no card. Those days exist so you can find out whether Loorq earns its price before you pay it. (Installs from before July 18, 2026 keep the 14-day trial they started with.)

Purchases are final

Because you can fully evaluate Loorq before buying, we don't offer refunds for change of mind, on subscriptions or on lifetime licenses.

Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime from the link in your Paddle receipt email or by writing to us. Cancelling stops all future charges and your license stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't prorate or refund the unused remainder.

What we always make right

• Billing errors: duplicate charges, charges after a completed cancellation, or being charged the wrong amount. Write to us and it will be corrected.
• Broken on arrival: if Loorq genuinely won't run on a supported Mac (Apple Silicon, macOS 15+) and we can't fix it with you, we won't keep your money.

Your statutory rights

Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Where the law of your country grants you refund or withdrawal rights that cannot be waived, those rights are unaffected by this policy and are honored through Paddle. You can raise a request via the link in your receipt or at paddle.net.
